Riverside
Description: Riverside is located in the extreme southeast corner of Platte County. A new attraction for visitors pulled into the dock the summer of ’94 as riverboat gaming arrived in Platte County, offering a variety of games, restaurants, daily cruises and one of the best views of the Missouri River. The Line Creek Archaeology Museum will take you back to what was once the home of the Hopewell Indians. The park features an archeological site, the Hopewell Indian Museum, a miniature train ride, nature trails and many other outdoor activities. Dining and lodging opportunities are plentiful.
